The ongoing project in İstanbul Güneşli is Wyndham Hotels Group's first 5-star project in Turkey.
There are 260 rooms, 24 full service residences,a restaurant, a spa, a fitness center, 13 meeting rooms and a ballroom in the 21-floor project.
The interior concept design and construction drawings of this project is carried out by Triga Design together with Metex company. The employer of this project is Petek Şirketler Grubu.
